What you must not do
By using MyAIDefence you agree NOT to:
- Use the service to facilitate any unlawful activity, including fraud, harassment, defamation, or harm to others
- Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing or grossly offensive
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our AI prompts, model outputs at scale, or training data
- Use the service to generate spam, malware, phishing content, or to mass-produce documents for commercial resale
- Misrepresent the AI output as advice from a qualified lawyer or as a court-issued document
- Submit another person’s personal data without lawful basis (consent or legitimate interest)
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission
- Interfere with the operation of the service, other users, or the underlying infrastructure
- Share your account login with others — each account is for a single individual
Consequences
Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund of any fees paid, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.
